Learn to Meditate

On Tuesday, September 3rd at 6:30pm learn simple meditative practices for spiritual focus, well-being, stress-reduction. All are welcomed to attend this new event focusing on the power of meditation.  Advance your spiritual growth and center yourself in an embrace of life by learning how to meditate with humbleness, benevolence and gratitude.  The session will be repeated on Wednesday, September 4th at 11:30am.
