As part of its “A Month with a Mystic” series, South Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, Centerville, is sponsoring a seminar on the “Cloud of Unknowing and Centering Prayer,” Monday, July 11 at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The 14^th century English classic, “The Cloud of Unknowing” provides a pathway to experiencing God’s presence through the simple contemplative practice known as Centering Prayer. In this one hour seminar, led by pastor and spiritual guide Bruce Epperly, participants will have an opportunity to learn Centering Prayer as well as the spirituality of the Cloud of Unknowing.
