BACKPACKS FOR KIDS
South Congregational Church is once again collecting backpacks for local school children. Our goal this year is 50 backpacks and the supplies to fill them. This year’s recipients attend Centerville Elementary School and other schools in our area. The deadline to have supplies at South Church is Friday, August 16.
In addition to backpacks here are the items needed:
crayons pencils pencil boxes
scissors glue sticks highlighters
backpacks hand sanitizer sanitizing wipes
If you would like to make a monetary donation, we will accept checks, made out to South Congregational Church, ear-marked “Backpacks”. Cash contributions will also be happily accepted.
