A new sign, designed in Greek Revival style, has been installed at the entrance to the church. The sign was designed and built by Tim Tudor, a member of South Congregational Church. Doug Rockwell, another member of the church painted the sign. The sign was constructed using weather resistant African mahogany. The previous sign which had been made from pine wood, and which lasted a good many years, was removed through the efforts of Bill Munro, Howard Taubner, Shawn Lutz and Carl Gustofson. All the members of the church extend a hearty thank you to these individuals for contributing their time and talent to this project! Once an electrical line has been connected to the sign the sign will be illuminated to announce “Welcome to South Congregational Church” to all who pass by.
